Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the Terms & Conditions. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, you may access and use our Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We may change the terms and condition at any time without notice. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

We collect and use your personal data in accordance to PDPA Singapore guidelines. Your information will be used in the processing of your orders and to provide you with the best service possible. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent.

All prices are displayed in SGD. Subtotal does not include shipping fees. Prices may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices are correct at time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. In the event the Site produces an errored order in pricing (de-sync in displayed price due and actual price paid), we reserve the right to refund an errored order.

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase you will be notified as soon as possible via WhatsApp or SMS for the inconvenience caused with a solution provided to you. We reserve the right to refund any orders if we are unable to fulfil them in case of inventory discrepancies.

All orders must be paid for before they are sent. You shall be responsible for providing correct information for all orders. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to the email address you have inputted on your checkout page prior to payment. This email will confirm that we have received your order and that we are processing it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

An invoice is available for download in your order history page upon placing a successful order. Amendments or cancellations can't be made after your order has been confirmed. Business Name takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery.
